lay under there, and have someone open and close the door while you spray PB blaster on all the joints. After a while it will start to work.
Consider disassembling the works, clean the corrosion off all the pivot bolts, check, clean and or replace brass bushings, and reassemble.
In theory the brass bushings are self lubricating, and all any lubricant will do is attract dirt.
Reality is not quite so cut and dried.
