That's just a standard 120 breaker/12 volt power center. The MAX at our shop would be $360 labor(3 hours). Probably closer to 2 hours($240). I would have to see it before I quoted 2 or 3 hours. An "electrician" has NO knowledge of these RV panels and systems. He is gouging you. The extra labor (1.0) would be transferring the old breakers and routing the 120 wires to the new panel since the new panel is not like the old panel. Doug
