I would go with the SENSAR PRO about 100 dollars and you can install it yourself. IF you have the classic wall plate with the switch, it replaces same. if you have a box of many buttons as I do you need to make a change or 3.. but it is specifically DESIGNED for the job. Unlike all the others.
