I feel for you and the problems you have, but I would do as others said and take it back to the factory service center in Indiana. They will take care of you and make sure it's fixed right. They have the equipment and capability to ensure it.

That's awefull.Why wont the dealer take your call? what the hells the matter with this guy? I sure hope the factory has a word with this so called dealer

Things haven't changed in the RV dealer world. When they get their money and that rig leaves their premises, they dust their hands of anything concerning it. Sad, but true, I know. Been there & done that.

I think a stress fracture at 10 days off the dealer's lot brand new would be a "Return to factory get different model replacement" issue myself.

But it clearly is a warranty issue, you need to get it fixed.

Let's see if I read this correctly. You are advising OP to hire a Lawyer and try to force a Dealer (which he did not purchase the unit from) to do work on said unit. Do you think the OP would be satisfied with the work done on the unit? Do you think the Dealer will put the unit in front of their customers that purchased from them, to get OP unit fixed? What if you were the customer that purchased from said Dealer, and Dealer pushes you back to work on a unit that was not even purchased from the Dealer? Take the unit back to the Dealer you purchased it from and get it fixed. I doubt Monaco can force, or even wants to force, the Dealer to work on a unit they have no interest in.

While I would be upset if my new motorhome had that crack I have had that identical crack in my 2003 Bounder turbo diesel and other having to keep it sealed I have had no problems and it hasn't moved in six years . I didn't notice it until I had the motorhome a couple of years. When I had it in for service the mechanic suggested I keep it sealed and it sure seemed to work.

Big difference here. Its a 2015 and he saw the crack in the first 2 weeks.One will assume that this crack is a fair amount larger than the one that took 2 years to even notice?
The crack is an issue but to me the bigger issue is WHY did it happen

Good advice by all suggesting taking back to the factory. However, if the factory recommended CW, it won't hurt to see what the verdict is on the problem and whether it is indeed the fiberglass that cracked or is it in the gel coat, paint or perhaps even vinyl graphics. I would not let CW do any repair work though until being fully appraised of the problem and the factory suggested fix. Also, if the OP is not satisfied with the answers they are getting, it is amazing what one certified letter from an attorney will do. OP can call local bar association for a referral to a product liability attorney and contact the referral and ask what it will cost for just a warning letter to be sent out.
