synthetic oil
I have a Ford Triton V10 and it calls for 5-20W synthetic blend. I can get a really good deal on Mobil 1 5-30W full synthetic is this ok or am I going to have issues with the higher weight?

no idea what year your unit is, but I would stick to specs especially if it's under warranty.
