synthetic oil
I have a Ford Triton V10 and it calls for 5-20W synthetic blend. I can get a really good deal on Mobil 1 5-30W full synthetic is this ok or am I going to have issues with the higher weight?

Pg. 94 in our 2000 f53 Owner's manual specifies Motorcraft SAE 5W-30 Super Premium Motor Oil. I followed their specs then after logging 10,000 miles on our coach I switched to Mobil 1 full synthetic which I continue to use.
