So you're saying that the control box is not the flush pad and is located under the toilet?
Correct, the toilet is bolted down, be careful when you screw it in after the repair as the porcelain is easily broken. I was able to pull the toilet away from the wall and replace that module without disconnecting any hoses, it was an easy job.
