But it's free. That may make the 80 mile round trip on a dirt road worth it!
Also not this is a remote "campground" and not necessarily remote camping. There are places in the Southwest where you could get a lot more remote than 40 miles off road and be there all by yourself. There's places you could go in Nevada where you may even be the only person within a 50 mile radius.
