thetdord aqua magic 1v leaks water from top of bowl

thetdord aqua magic 1v leaks water from top, front of bowl, only when flushing. It's a hand pump model. What parts do I need to fix? I would like to have the parts before I take the toilet apart.

(posted my answer, than I thought you might just need just the water valve and not total "re-build" kit, so somebody else might have better answer than me.)
