Just traded in my 2003 35U. Put almost 80k miles on it. Worked well for us.
This coach looks to be in good shape. Thats about book price. As long as there are no motor/trans problems, basement air works, no leaks, no awning tears, looks like a good deal.
If you plan to travel, you will likely want to tow a vehicle. That involves getting the correct car, hitch for car and mh, and braking unit and lights. I bought the hitch, brake unit and lights from Camping World and had them install it, cost over $2200. Just another cost to be aware of.
Also, if you are in to TV, check into DirecTV or Dish. You will need a satellite dish for them. I had CW install a dome dish and loved it. Almost $2k tho.
