Tiffin vs Newmar
How do these folks compare when it comes to quality in production and service after the motorhome has been bought

Ellipse/Tour? They seem to offer more features that the Allegro Red or Newmar Ventana or Entegra Aspire anyway, for competitive pricing, and they have been around forever.
a Entegra Aspire is a long ways up the food chain from any of the above mentioned motor homes including the tour
I guess I don't see it that way - Aspire has non-painted slides, non-diesel aqua-hot, all standard on the others including Tour. The Anthem is nice, but nothing impressed me much about the Aspire.

BOTH are good mid-quality/mid price motorhome manufacturers.
No point in "my Ford is better than your Chevy" comparisons.
I agree with this post, but if you want a really good coach, check the ForeTravel and the American coaches. They are great coaches.

We had windshield fitment issue with our Newmar.. went back and forth for years with Newmar. Finally got it repaired at Duncan Industries in Elkhart,. Newmar finally came through with a portion of the repair bill as a measure of "good faith" as they called it but admitting no responsibility for the ongoing windshield popping out issue. Duncan repaired it citing a bad fit at the factory.
I don't know if this was the issue that prompted the change in method of attaching the wind screens in the newer Newmars, but it was a good change, they are installed the same way the newer cars have the window glued in on a major structure that can not move.
