We just assumed it was there. It is certainly on DW's must have list.
If I am going to spend all the money to haul that heavy, pretty tile up and down the road I am not going to cover it with carpets so my feet are not cold. :)
Rugs are a whole lot cheaper than removing all that tile, installing heat tape and doing a re-installation. In an earlier post you asked why the floors are not heated. There is only one answer....$$$$$$.
