Time to replace Michelin xza3 275/80R22.5 Where to buy?

As the subject line says... Michelins have aged out. Did some Internet searches looking for best price shipped to me or my tire shop. Anybody got some suggestion? Will be in Phoenix area this winter. ...

That is only a sample of some of the prices on some common tires there is more available.
