Tips on removing main awning

Go to the Carefree website and down load instructons for your awning. be carefull locking/ pinning the ends the springs are under a lot of tension and if not secured or released correctly can make a mess of fingers, hands, or other body parts. it helps to have a helper. overall its not a bade job follow instructions good luck.

Going to YouTube will net you some great video's on how to remove it.

YouTube is your friend. Many instructional videos. Take a couple of hours and watch a few. I did and it helped allot.

X2 on youtube. replaced both awning fabric on our slide outs. watched a couple video's on youtube for directions. you will need a helper (or two) if you replace the awning fabric.
