I've had a tire Minder for several years and will say it works as advertised. I haven't had to replace any batteries and can only say that I had an issue with the receiver not holding a charge. Called the company and received a new one quickly with no hassles at all.
Occasionally I will lose the signal on one of the rear tires on our 40 foot coach but I haven't installed the booster and rarely extend the antenna on the receiver so I can't say the unit is not doing its' job.
