Tire pressure confusion

Hi all!
I have Goodyear 245/70R/19.5 tires on my 2008 Fleetwood class A 31'.
Tire reads max 110 psi. Fleetwood tire pressure sticker shows a recommended 82 psi.
Goodyear tire pressure chart shows 2 different psi. 85 psi for tires before 2006 with a max psi at 100 and 95 psi for tires after 2006 with a max psi 110 like the 2013 tires I have on.
I would think the tires I have now with a PSI max of 110 should be set at 95 psi per Goodyear recommendation. The Camping World I purchased it at just two months ago set the pressure at 82 psi. I know weight determines PSI but I travel light and need to know what psi lends itself to safe travel as well as tire wear.

Any help?

  • The Goodyear tire pressure chart wants two things, the tire size and the weight on the tire. If you don't know the weight on the tire you can't know the proper PSI.
  • Don't think much help is available without AR least the axel weights and the charts for your tires. Maybe someone else has the same or similiar coach and could use provide their info. Short of that I'd put close to the max tire pressure as long as you don't exceed the max for the wheels.
