Check the date codes on your tires, even following a number of people's retoric they are probably not 7 years old yet. If they are not cracked you may have another couple of years left on them yet.
I replaced my Goodyears last year (2012) at nine years, with Michelins simply because they were less expensive than GY. The ones I took off looked new, inside and out.
