Go through the formal steps like Waynelee said. From my experience many dealers will tell you they participate in the michelin program when in fact they do not. They will also tell you they can match it and they cannot. Not even all truck tire dealers that sell michelin tires can match and or participate. It must be an approved dealer and as has been said you only pay the dealer for mounting and balance. Michelin charges you card that you have to preregister with michelin.
