We have a rule for the RV and we also have two homes that are on septic systems.... our rule is the 'THREE P'S'...
1) Pee
2) Poop
3) and Paper ---ONLY----!!!!!!!
So far, so good.
Also, we would never loan our RV out. There are just too many things that can get messed up if the user is a non-RV person.
