The offender.......you might have a clue BUT pointing fingers will just end in misery.
Relaying the story of the paper towels and roller plus the costs involved during a casual group conversation might get the point across to offender. And IF they are worthy folks they might step up with some $$.....maybe.
And heads up to the 'guys'........ever read the tampon package (disposal in toilet OK)
Think about it......drop from toilet and drain line are 3" in diameter.
