They will deliver right to my driveway, fully assembled and ready to go. In the mean time, I have a nearly antique Demco Kar Kaddy that works just fine.
My nephew just purchased one of those. He towed from Florida to California with no issues. He didn't want to use a brake controller so he went with that design.
I can't pinpoint anything wrong with it, just a slightly different design.
I have no experience or seen one of the tow dollys you are referring to. I am the 3rd or even the 4th owner of a roadmaster tow dolly. If I were to purchase a new one, it would be a roadmaster with electric brakes. This one is still as good as new.
