Sounds like a real nice rig. Good work!

A diesel engine would be a lot heavier.

I think there is a big misconception that air bags don't carry weight. They do. If a person could place a scale sensor under the bag, then inflate it, he would see the amount of weight being carried. I do get that they are not sold to carry weight. But they do.
