Plan B... ask here first before taking it to FL. More "experts" here than the 20 year old that just answered the want ad yesterday. Sad story. Now that you know call FL customer service...no reason for that to have ever happened, from the service writer right on down the line. Ask for $$ back on all the fluid but one gallon and the filters. Check the manual and the newest Allison 1099 brochure (google) depending on the year and trans they may not have needed changed at all. If that 's the case ask fro it all back!
There was simply no reasoning with him. I figured out pretty quickly that I was not going to get satisfaction from this organization.
