Basically they have an ALLISON kit for first 5K filter change. I gets you a new filter and ONE quart of Transynd. That is all that is really required.
Did you check your fluid level again when the transmission was up to operating temperature? That is what it says on the dip stick for most Allison transmission to insure the correct fluid level. Check when hot.
