You will have two separate 12 VDC positives to the Allison ECU-- one (usually 5 amp fuse) for "memory" and another one for ignition on.
With the second one (the one for RUN) powered only when ignition is on, you need to verify that the ignition switch and ignition solenoid are working. EASY: Does the dash HVAC fan work as it should (only with ignition on)?
Yes, check the fuses in your coach 12 VDC fuse box that supply the Allison.
But absolutely UNplug and REplug the connections at the Allison shift pad and at the Allison ECU. Could just be a loose connection.
