Traveling late April
Doing a "try it" trip from Connecticut for a week. Any campgrounds open that early? Try it as in want to tour US, is an RV comfortable for a single retiree

Late April coincides with many schools April vacations. We would routinely head south towards Virginia, etc., from New England - always found open campgrounds. Shouldn't be an issue. ST
