Trouble Getting Lens Covers Off Ceiling Lights

Anyone have any good ideas on how to get the glass lens covers off ceiling lights? I have several bulbs that have burned out and want to replace them, but I have twisted until my arm was going to brea...

Mine has 27 flush mount lights with a silver ring that you push up and turn counterclockwise remove that ring then pop out the glass held in by 3 prongs. Changed out all 10watt Halogen bulbs to LED, now after being on for 4hrs they are still cool.
