Twin beds in bedroom--Convert to Full or queen bed?

Just slightly off topic but we ordered our RV with twin beds. They provide more space for changing clothes between them and also provides a straight shot into and thru the bathroom into the living area. It is also possible to provide different firmness of mattresses for the users. Very easy to make up in the morning especially because we use sleeping bags and two twins make a king so each person has more space than half of a queen.
