uncomfortable (Driving my DP)

I have a 2002 Endeavor, my right hip bothers me after I drive for a while maybe 2 hrs. This has just started about a year ago, when I can I use the cruise control. I thinking it might be my age 77, but it just does this in the MH not My truck or the CRV toad. Could it be the gas pedal being hard to push it doesn't seem very hard, but it is harder than the truck. My seat seems to be setting to the left to reach the gas pedal feels like to me I need to move my foot more to the right than in my other vehicles. appreciate all suggestions. • In your other vehicles you are closer to the pedals. If you can lower your seat and move it closer to the dash. It will also help back pain.
  • Possibly try adjusting your sitting position with folded towels or something right around the time your hip starts to bother you. If it seems to relieve the pain it could be a clue as for what to do all the time.

My other suggestion would be to just do something different about seating when starting out and see if it's better or worse after an hour or so. Sort of a process of finding what works. And there are always after market seats available - but how would you know if a new one would help?
  • I bought a piece of firm, 2-3" foam at a fabric store and sit on that. It seems to help my backside.
  • Try a small rolled up towel or very small pillow under your right butt cheek near the outside. It will take a little experimenting but it sure works for me.
  • Drive for 1 1/2 hours then take a brake and walk around the MH a few times.
