Well you were not there and that's why I took the pics, the extension looked like just a normal off the shelf type, the tires looked over loaded or under inflated, one rear light was broke not in pics, no electric brake switch, safety chains were way under rated for that weight and what I did not get in pics was the hitch on motorhome looked as if it was slightly bent down..

Well that would have caused a uproar if while attaching the note he opened his door and found the note and saw me, what if he thinks his setup is OK and decided to let me have it..
This is where the highway patrol needs to investigate even though I might even be over my max tow limit, just hope his setup never falls apart at high speeds on the highway..

Not only common sense, but here it is required by law. Plus the system must hold the brakes applied for 15 minutes!
