By buying a LED TV you can probably mount it yourself as they are very thin and not that heavy. If it's a gas Endeavor it is on the dog house and it looks like the diesel have in the corner. There are plenty of posts with pictures of this mod hidden in the search box above. Here's a picture I found of one:
