Pressure testing a radiator will tell you if it is leaking BUT it is not an indication as to whether or not the cooling fins are dirty or clogged, which hinders air flow.
It sort of sounds like your coach is being used for "on the job training" of a new mechanic, at your expense.
Not one but several mechanics. I told them and made a deal"if the radiator is removed from the DP and the radiator shop determines that it is not the problem they will pay his bill and also absorb all the labor to remove and reinstall it".
As far as the a/c issue they replaced the leaking hose and the servicing ports before determining the compressor was bad. it would not take the refrigerant in....
