Vacuum Assisted Toilet

Guys, I have a 2014 Bounder and the suction pump is not working. The green light is on but no suction. Where are the pumps located? I cannot find. Any other ideas would be welcome as to why its not working. If I do flush one of the toilets it will go down but not "pop" suction then a minute or two later you'll hear the gulping sound, The other toilet wont open to drain. it was but I used a plunger thinking it was clogged but the hole is closed?

    IF they haven't changed locations

    Vacuum pump is located in the next to last luggage compartment on the passenger side behind the access panel

    There is a 'DC Breaker' (small box with 2 studs) inside cabinet behind the drawers under the wardrobe on the right of the bedroom.

    IF DC Breaker is not there......"check the battery control center". That is the compartment that has the inverter and other electrics right above the propane tank. It's aft of the steps.

    The DC breaker has a manual reset on side.
