Like RR says, it's not all that unusual for the chassis to be older than the rest of the MH. It will depend on when it was built, but I've got a 2001 Winnie, but Ford Chassis is listed as a 2000.
Not much to worry about, as long as the numbers (VIN) matches the Title.
