You have been given good information. It is no big deal, it is standard practices in the RV industry to title a vehicle the year of completion and not the chassis year. I have owned two Class C, both had a chassis completion date one year behind the title date. 1990 rockwoood Chassis 1989, 1997 Four Winds Chassis 1996. It's just the norm for the industry.
