Voltage and Load Requirements for 30amp service

I'm trying to figure out the voltage and load requirement for an RV/Trailer plugged into a 30amp circuit. With nothing in the coach running, just being plugged in and charging the batteries. Anyone kn...

With my Progressive ind. surge protector and the read out gauge inside the rig, I can read anytime what the voltage and the amperage values are. With the converter and the fridge on, it reads about 3 amps.
