I cant speak for any other dealership, yes we all are capable of human error but I like to think where I work we keep it at a minimal. And just to let yall know, any dealer can do warranty work on your unit that is certified by the manufacturer. we have units come in from california or washington state all the time and we do there warranty work. Sorry to hear of yalls concern and problems with warranty. Hopefully you will not judge all dealers off one bad experience.
