Just picked up my 2012 Open Range from the dealer this afternoon. It was in for some warranty work -mostly minor, plus some other work that I asked them to do. I do think they had it a little longer than they should have, but they did all the warranty work, plus what I had asked them to do -bottom line---------NO CHARGE !!
