Thanks everyone for the responses. I really was just looking to see if it was acceptable to be in for repairs for a few weeks and it sounds like it is. I am in no way upset with the dealer and at this point feel they are doing a good job. I just wanted to be sure it was normal. Maybe the service rep was just preparing me for a worst case scenario, maybe not. I'll follow up when I get it back and let you all know the outcome.
