Water pump rocker switch
We have a 2011 Winnebago Vista motorhome and one of the water pump rocker switches appears to have a bulb burnt out in it. Are the bulbs replaceable or do I need a new switch? Where best to get?

If the switch looks something like this, it is a "Carlingswitch". Unfortunately, you have to study hard to come up with the correct part number as there are hundreds. You can order them from either Newark or Allied Electronics.- The one in my Sightseer can be pried apart and the grain of wheat bulb cut out and replaced by soldering in a new one, but it was a royal pita and I wouldn't recommend it.
When another one burned out I got a small 12 LED panel light with a built in resistor, drilled a small hole next to the switch and installed it there. Looks like a factory installation and has lasted about 8 years so far. - The only place I found was the factory.
- Replace the switch...This outfit has lots of options, but there are others also...maybe Radio Shack if they are still in business?
Also most RV dealers' parts departments.
