Water streaks on side windows

Has anyone had a problem with water running off the roof, between the end of the "gutter" and the seam of the top cap, and leaving dirty streaks on the side cockpit windows and the sidewall of the motor home? If so, how did you deal with it?

It happens even with the extenders on the gutter.

    Go up on the roof with a water hose and see where the water runs. After drying, build a caulking **** to divert the water flow to the gutters.

    Yes we have an 05 Motorhome. Supposed to have th seams up top resealed every two years. The sun degrades the Dicor sealant and when it rains it bleeds or sloughs off streaking up the coach. When you wash it, it helps but only til the next rain.
    Newer coaches don't seem to have this problem so they must have a different sealant at the caps, ac and vents etc.
    We have a fiberglass roof and I would love to know what they use now and use it on ours.
