Water, water....not everywhere?

Folks,
I recently sold a 1996 Itasca, Suncruiser in like new condition with 36k on the odometer.
I sold it to a friend who is also a neighbor.
This morning he called to say that he has no water in the bathroom. He was using the holding tanks and water pump. I was skeptical. I’ve never had this issue in 15 years of ownership.
So, I went over and, no the bathroom water and the outside shower have no water pressure. However, the toilet does work.
I first had him connect to city water. I made sure the hot water tank bypass was in the fill position and that he got both cold and hot water in the kitchen. All good.
But, there is still no water to the bathroom. The line valves are in the flow position. Yet, the sink and both the inside and outside showers have no water.
I checked for water leaking under the RV. No.
So, I’m at a loss. Could both the hot and cold lines to the bathroom be plugged? Are there in-line valves that I’m missing? Do the lines go to the external shower first, and then to the bath fixtures? Could the outside shower be the issue??

Any suggestions are more than welcome. Thanks in advance.
