1. HOW long ago did you sell him this RV?
2. DID the water system WORK when you sold it to him?
3. My first thing to do when I have this type problem is to start to take the feed water line loose from the affected faucet/s(Hot or Cold). When unscrewing does water start to squirt out. If so, then I suspect the aerator screen/valve on the faucet spigot is clogged.
4. IF no water, then you start looking for a set of valves that are shut off and not easily seen or partially hidden.
5. Since the Toilet and Kitchen sink work that rules out a clogged whole house filter. Doug
