- robertbenitaExplorerFueled up, filled water tanks, emptied gray/black tanks, and made sure we have enough propane. For Mother's Day giving wife new quartz counter top and new sink and faucet, so gonna do some of the cooking and cleaning in the rv until it is finished:)
Add: Turned on refrigerator and put in some "Olympia" and checked on Jack Daniel's status in cupboard;) - Canadian_RainbiExplorerWell, I did get at the dewinterising, all the pink stuff out of the water lines. However I had forgotten to buy a new water filter for the ice maker. :S Trip to the RV shop tomorrow.
Then I decided to check the tires. All right up to pressure except the right outside dual which HAD ZERO PSI. :E
Call to check with BCAA: They can send a service truck who would change for the spare if we had one (we don't) or add air and see if it holds. If not they would send a tow truck. Where we park and where we live, at the end of a kilometer of single track road, would make a tow a very difficult operation with too big a risk of damage to the rig.
So I guess we'll see if it holds air. More later. (Perhaps a day or two.) - EffyExplorer IIInstalled 2 Dinette drawers.
The area under my dinette seats are empty and no way to access without removing the cushions and the board under, fishing the seat belts etc. Pretty much unusable area without a lot of hassle. So I built 2 drawers into the ends of each side. Now I have 2 huge (16x36x10) drawers that use the entire space beneath both seats. Ball bearing glides and stained the fronts to match the rest of the cabinetry. Almost looks stock. If anyone cares I have pics of the project. Cannot believe how much more space this offers. - Canadian_RainbiExplorerReplaced the connectors on the 30A extension cord. Hard work for weak and arthritic fingers!
Re licenced and re insured it--the storage policy was about to expire.
Tomorrow or later today: dewinterise. - Sooner_SchoonerExplorerI retrieved a pedestal that is used for RV and boat tables from a lady who was throwing it away. It is in excellent condition, looked like brand new. I mounted it in one of my basement bays and mounted a 32" television to it. Turned out very nice and functional.
- GottahaveitModeratorNot today but a couple weeks ago we stopped in Junction City OR and left our flex-steel couch and bought 2 new Euro Chairs. They are awesome as we did not need 2 full couches. Yesterday we re-strung 2 day/night shades (piece of cake). Been on the road for about 3 weeks and heading down the OR coast back home for a spell. Life is good :B
- koda55ExplorerOrdered new day/night shade.
- turbojimmyExplorerFinally started the floor project. In a prior post last week I tore out all of the 30-year-old-carpet. The Pergo Max goes down quick once you get the starter rows done. I can probably wrap up most of the installation tomorrow.

- jimoExplorerStarted to take the Zephyr for general service when low and behold I had no brakes!!! I was able to "limp" back to home. Call a mobil diesel service company and they replaced the air dryer on the Cummins. You gotta love RVing to put up with all the BS.
- revumpExplorerReplaced the living room couch with one that has power recliners with heat and vibrator = 06 Alfa See Ya
