- DastaggExplorerInstalled a Camco Hybrid electric water heater conversion to stop using so much propane to heat water when most campsites furnish electricity anyway. So far, water is HOT.
- pianotunaNomad IIIGot a socket to fit the water heater drain. Cranked the plug all the way in. Now it is leaking worse than ever *sigh*. Time to find the teflon tape I guess.
- OldRadiosExplorerDid a last minute overnight of about 350 miles round trip for it's maiden voyage. No problems and all systems worked well.
- pianotunaNomad IIIMeasured the wattage on the NuWave induction cooker. Boy is it ever faster than the hot plates I've been using in the past.
- hotbyteExplorerBest thing ever... drove it to a campground :-)
- pianotunaNomad IIIDrained the waste tanks and got a load of fresh water. It was a nippy job.
- jeeperdude10ExplorerGot my floor covering replaced today with 'roll' vinyl feaux wood design. Man-0-man does it DRESS it up and makes it look larger than the original beige feaux tile block. Just wish we woulda done it earlier!
- pianotunaNomad IIIPurchased a replacement water heater drain plug.
- bobwalterExplorerGot my new Michelins today. 4 of the 8 were recalled.
- OldRadiosExplorerTook my new to me RV I bought used in January in for it's first oil change (with me) today and to have my buddies at Ford go through the E450 engine and chassis from one end to the other. They confirmed that everything is still like brand new (it's a 2006) and there is absolutely nothing it needs. Not even filters as it looks like they were all changed recently. They checked it in the Ford database and it's never had any warranty work done and there are no recalls. Yea! I'm a happy camper. All I'm waiting for now is my new free set of Michelin tires to come in.
