- SnomasExplorerHot water heater door flew off on present trip and replaced w/ new door and will have it repainted to match in the spring!
- ctpresExplorerMoved night stand over 1/4 inch. Sliding door was rubbing top.
- GeocritterExplorerFinally replaced my leaking grey water tank today. The old tank had an enormous crack in the bottom. Thanks to inconsiderate engineering on the part of Holiday Rambler I had to remove the old tank in pieces and then have the new tank custom made (and also made a little shorter/smaller) so that I could install it in one piece. But it's finally done!

- FIRE_UPExplorerWell,
Just finished rebuilding/repairing the "Auxiliary Battery Boost" solenoid in our '04 Itasca Horizon 36GD with the C-7 330HP CAT. It also does dual duty in controlling the charge from the engine alternator to the house batteries. It had some bad contacts in it so, I dissected it and, re-surfaced the contacts. All is good now.
Now, I'm replacing the water control valve in our Thetford ARIA Classic toilet. The wife notice an ultra tiny pin hole leak in it the other day so, I tried to repair it, AIN'T HAPPENING! So, I'm awaiting the delivery of a new one from Amazon. Should be here on Monday and, I'll have it all back together in about 15 minutes.
Seems like the big girl goes for quite a while without any issues or breakages. Then, it all hits at once. Good thing I'm retired and can fix about 99.99999% of the issues that happen. And, it's really nice to have the big girl INDOORS to do all this repair/maintenance/cleaning etc. - turbojimmyExplorer

Repaired a crack on the engine coolant overflow tank. This Permatex repair kit seemed to work great. Im curious has anyone ever used this for a gray or black tank repair? I have a tank that leaks when nearly full. I haven't really given it much thought to repair because I dump every 4 days. It hasn't caused much concern.. yet!
It's hard to tell from the pic, but it looks like a fiberglass patch? It should work on the black or gray tanks, but the trick will be getting at the leak so you can apply the patch. - DougWHoltExplorerRepaired a crack on the engine coolant overflow tank today on our a class. - w4phjExplorerReplaced 2 CRT's with smart LED's.
Replaced the ham radio screwdriver antenna. - pointrowExplorerTook it out and fueled it and topped off the Def going backwards through the truck stop. Then weighed it and set all tire pressures.
Going to get down below 0 next few days and figured to get it ready today for a trip SOUTH around the 10th. Probably burn a lot of diesel in the Aqua Hot next few days.
