Go to www.carfax.com and enter your VIN or license/state and see what the VIN reports. You do NOT have to buy the reports to get the basic model info. In your case, it will likely come back as a "(year) FORD F530F SUPER DUTY" or similar, in other words, an F53 as the others have said.
