What good are clearance lights?
So I am resealing my roof and the front clearance lights look bad, cracked, screws rusted up and I am thinking about replacing them. Then I wonder, what good are they? Are they required? Why? Why not...

I do just love those folks that are in the left lane on the freeway and see your turn signal when you need to move over and pull up even with a corner of your rig and hang there.:E
There's a relatively easy wiring change that will cause the side marker lights on many RV's to flash with the directionals, as well as lighting with the other clearance/ID lights.
The basic "Crossfeed" method works with two wire non-LED fixtures.
