What Type Of Glue For Rubber Trim On Window

We have a piece of rubber trim that has came off a side window. I am wondering what is the best glue to use and where to purchase it. This rubber goes against the glass window.

    Ive used contact cement at times and also GEL type super glue ( NOT Liquid but Gel type)

    I need to see the suggestions here too....I have the rubber seals on my outside storage cabinets hanging and need a good adhesive.
