When to check tire pressure. Hot or cold

First thing in the morning the front tires show 100psi about five miles later they show 110psi. Which should I go by? cold or hot.
I'm thinking hot.

  • Install a TST Tire Pressure & Temperature Monitor and you'll never have to worry about or checking the pressures again (just turn on the monitor & you're done) !

If the temperature rises to dangerous levels (165* +) or if the pressure drops by x percentage or pressure the monitor alarm will sound to notify you.

Install sensors on your toad or trailer too & you'll know the pressure & temp while you tow !
  • Cold. The tires are designed to heat up and increase in pressure.
